I created this portfolio using semantic HTML and CSS with the intention of being usable before being flashy (also known as probably inaccessible).
Why? I want everyone to have an equitable experience because it's better for everyone and also a human and civil right.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
My portfolio is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of my portfolio do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, including:
